My name is Bella, I live in NYC (Manhattan) but I was born and raised in Denmark. At a very early age of 15 I got into fitness, I used to live in the country, and I was bored so hey why not join the gym and lift some weights right? I went through a little calisthenic phase and surprisingly got really addicted to it, but I’ve now balanced it out with the gym and weightlifting. Constantly learning new and better ways to train the human body and I drive to teach and help you to do the same.
I believe in a functional, symmetric, and balanced physique. And I have a huge interest in constantly improving that. (for not to mention growing the glutes!)

I've been waist training since I was 19. One day I visited a flea market near my favorite mall (Florida Mall in Orlando) and some Colombian ladies loved my post mommy curves but suggested I snatched it more with their latex rubbery steel ribbed product. After fitting in it and loving what my real structure looked like under all my skin my extra self couldnt deal or take it off and give it back! 
Back then I lived paycheck to paycheck so I only bought me a size small and since having my second child I went back to Florida and couldn't locate that shop or those magical ladies anymore so I can get me a sizer bigger. A few years later I shopped online and came across this shop who had just what I always used in a size Medium and now I can relive my glory days again in a size bigger..still aiming to go back to Small though! :)
