Ultimately, this routine will get your booty ready for a workout and help it grow faster!
I also highly recommend to go for a short walk before your workout, especially if haven't been very active during the day or worked at the desk. :)

You won't be able to erase them entirely from your body. However, exercising to reduce fat and build muscle can help to reduce the appearance of your hip dips. 
In this workout we will focus on exercises that target our glute max and glute med, such as glute bridges, sumo squat and abduction exercises. These exercises create the perfect combination to grow your side booty and make your hips look rounder. ????
Some people love their hip dips and some would like to reduce them. It is totally up to you! Most importantly, remember every body is beautiful and unique in its own way! ❤️

I recommend to do a short walk before this workout; The reason why is because if we are sitting all day our Glutes will be turned off and therefore we will feel the burn during this workout in our thighs instead of our Glutes.
