1320Video took to Germany for the RACE1000 1/2 mile, and along the way we managed to check out as much of the European car culture as we had time for.  With our tour guide Frank keeping the trip lively and entertaining, we stopped by several European tuning and performance shops, experienced the power of fine tuned German engineering, and still had time to mix in some sightseeing.  Germany had more to offer than we had time to spare, which means we will be heading back again so make sure you let us know what parts you loved and what parts we missed! This is the first exercise in her legs and butt workout. This exercise is Smith Rack Stepping Back Lunges. 
Main Points:
Keep your weight on your front heel
Dont let your front knee go forward past your toe
Sit your butt back
Go as low as you can comfortable
Keep your back light straight to slightly bent

Kaycie will do 3 sets of 10-12 reps per leg. Resting 90 seconds between each set.

Hopping Curtsy Lunge:  Do as many as you can
Leg Raise:  15 reps each leg
One Leg Deadlift: 8-10 reps each leg
Wide Squats: 12-15 reps
Stepping Back Lunge With Weight  6-8 reps each leg

Do 3 sets per exercise and add weight as needed.

Squats
Swings Weight at Side
Swing Weight in Middle
Leg Lifts
Side Step Lunges
Ice Skaters

Add weight as needed. 

To build a sexy round butt you need to workout your BUTT HARD 2-3x a week for at least 45min or more.
