This version is full of hits that were popular in the 2010s. From &#34;Shape Of You&#34; by Ed Sheeran, to &#34;Try Me&#34; by Jason Derulo and J-Lo .. all songs put a big smile on my face! Judging from the dance moves, I feel like we have a mixture between the 80s Dance Video & the Sexy Dance Workout! 
Aaaand: don't underestimate the last song! I let my Instagram Community chose which song + mood they want to have. And the majority wanted to have &#34;INTENSE&#34; :D .. so this is the part you'll get super sweaty. But the moves are not complicated - don't be scared. 

Apart form the guaranteed GOOD MOOD & I can also guarantee a serious number of burned CALORIES here. My heart rate went up to 170 bpm, which I normally reach with tons of Burpees or Jump Squats :D 

▸ I again burned 120kcal in those 15min (which is a lot for me, I'm a tiny human and I normally burn about 250kcal in a 1h session).

PS: ASK YOUR PARENTS TO JOIN! Mine were getting super excited when they finally heard &#34;their kind of music&#34; :D plus it's beginner friendly. No Burpees or Jump Squats involved. 

Listen, cardio is definitely NOT boring in today's routine! I had the best time creating & filming this video. Felt a little shy at first, but after a couple of side steps I was definitely singing along. Thank god we remove the original sound lol. 

When I did this routine 4x in a row (testing my workouts takes time) I burned the same amount of calories as I normally do during the other workouts!!! 
Also nevermind the exercise names haha. The &#34;Wood Chopper&#34; should rather be called the &#34;John Travolta&#34;.

No Equipment needed & you can follow everything I do for 30 seconds. We don't have breaks - but I'm pretty sure they are REALLY not necessary here. This is Beginner Friendly! :)

All of the videos before this have focused on opening the hips (since most of us have tight hips!)... however, today's class is about getting deep into the abdominals by scooping in the belly and keeping the hips level. This also requires you to get deeper in your hamstring flexibility. This means I am requiring you to have blocks!! If you don't have blocks, you can improvise by finding some books or any other bottles/objects that will lift you up to modify some postures.

I know this one's a little harder than the rest, but push through! I will be having more beginner classes as well as intermediate/advanced classes in this challenge as well. This is meant to push you to the next level!

No Equipment - No Excuses - No Breaks (expect for one haha). Super super intense, got me dripping sweat & my booty burns like fire while doing this. Make sure to give it a try - you'll hate me during the workout, you might end up loving me afterwards ♥︎ 

A lot of those movements are kind of challenging - if you need a break - take it! You will get better over time :) just don't quit! 

The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise. There is one break in between. 

I recommend switching up your workouts to give your muscles enough time to recover and to hit them from different angles. Fitness Routine Starts at 3:52

I always start off with 45 mins - to an hour of cardio.
My cardio of choice is always DANCE. LATIN DANCE!

I can't play my full choreos longer than 20 secs due to music copyrights but if you'd like me to do more of them through SC or Instastory let me know in the comments below 


After my cardio workout I repeat the following toning SET 3 x's:

*25 Lunges Right Leg Fwd
*25 Lunges Left Leg Fwd
*25 Push-Ups
*100 Sit-Ups (I just do all 100 in one set actually)
*25 Squats 
*25 Bicep Curls
*25 Tricep Overhead Curls
*25 Back Curl Right Arm Triceps or whatever theyre called 
*25 Back Curl Left Am Triceps or whatever theyre called

Repeat another 2 x's and Stretch!!!
