Basically you're doing 100 reps with the bands and it should burn! You might do 30 reps, rest 10-20 seconds, do 20 more, rest a little, do another 20 reps, etc until you get to 100. You can do this as a home workout everyday or as a warmup or burn out and your lower body gym days.
