We will perform a range of stretching exercises that will loosen muscles around our hips and also a range of booty activation exercises.
This routine will help fire up your Glutes while also turning off all other leg muscles. These muscles include your Hamstrings, Adductors, Hip Flexors & Internal Rotators. 
Ultimately, this routine will get your booty ready for a workout and help it grow faster!
I also highly recommend to go for a short walk before your workout, especially if haven't been very active during the day or worked at the desk. :)

I recommend to do a short walk before this workout; The reason why is because if we are sitting all day our Glutes will be turned off and therefore we will feel the burn during this workout in our thighs instead of our Glutes.

No squats, no lunges, no jumps - we are on the floor! This workout targets the gluteal muscles and makes your booty look round, lifted and sexy. If you want to grow your booty, you can do this workout with ankle weights or a resistance band. I have included some new, innovative exercises - please tell me how you like them :) + ALL OF THE SONGS IN THIS VIDEO ARE SPANISH! Ahhhh I could do this workout all day! :D

▪️ Intensity: Medium/Hard

▪️ Recommendations:
• Mind-muscle connection: Make sure to THINK of your gluteal muscles while training them. You feel the burn much more if you do so.
• Squeeze your booty non-stop during the workout. Imagine that you are holding a paper between your butt cheeks and try to not drop this imaginary paper. :)
• Repeating this workout 2-3x per week works perfectly.
• For more burn, combine it with my other booty workouts.

Whether you feel you have tights hips or not, we are all somewhat limited by our muscles tightness. By stretching our hip muscles regularly, we’ll reduce the tension our booty has to overcome when lifting. This means we’ll be able to perform many more reps and ultimately grow our booty faster&#34; ????

*For best results I highly recommend you complete this routine daily (preferably morning & night)*

I also encourage you to complete my &#34;Booty Strength Test&#34; before taking part in this hip stretching routine to see for yourself how effective this routine can be! ????

If you are not a beginner anymore, you can just skip the breaks or use ankle weights to make this workout more challenging - works fine. :)
