I am so happy to finally offer you a new hourglass workout + mini band. The mini band can be tricky but find one that is strong and that won't go off your legs too fast. It takes time to really control it while working out but the effect is so WOW!!!

This workout includes:

- different booty exercises like donkey kicks & straight leg lifts that lift your booty 
- glute bridges & sitting squats that make your hamstrings work
- abs exercises for a smaller and trained waist

I added some ankle weights in this workout to make it harder and to get your glutes on fire.
15 minutes filled with booty building exercises like donkey kicks, supermen or frog kicks but WITH WEIGHTS. If you don’t have ankle weights just do the workout without them :) it will be GREAT both ways.

My idea behind it was to get your heart rate up and focusing on the lower and upper abs.

This 8 Minute Workout includes:

- mountain climbers almost every second exercise 
- these as a cardio element to get heart rate up
- lower & upper ab exercises 
- no breaks

Our Upper Body is a part of the body that needs much attention and the right strength exercises to avoid back pain and support a good posture. 
The combination of different arm exercises and ab exercises such as push ups in variation and planks in variation will give your upper body a nice tone & shape. It's just 10 minutes long and a lot of fun, believe me :)

You can follow me along during these 10 minutes, 30 sec. on each exercise, no breaks but if your arms start to scream, you can take a little break and perform the exercises in the right way :) after time it will get easier, I promise.

This workout is happening only on the floor. It is a combination of different exercises that make your bum look nice and round and pumped after finishing off these 12 Minutes. 
Time passes like crazy and it is so much fun. I really enjoy this workout when I don’t want to much move but really want to work on those glutes. 
Watch the planes taking off, I shot this in Mallorca for you to have a variety of different workout spots. It’s even more fun then. 
It is also knee friendly and I you can add a mini band for extra burn and intensity if you want.

I love these 10 minutes because it's quick, on the floor (you know I love workouts on the floor) and effective. 
I can feel my thighs working & burning a lot after I've done this workout.

I included different exercises that focus on the inner part of your inner thighs and work on that muscles tot tighten them and make them stronger.
You will find Holds, Leg lifts and Thigh lifts in this workout.

This is going to be a fun sweaty workout. I love this 10 min. routine so much that I’ve been doing it so often lately. 

I focused on using movements that make your whole body move and sweat. I integrated some full body, lower body and abs exercises.
These 10 min. will take away your breath and will make you feel so good afterwards.
Sometimes it's necessary to get your heart rate up and let go off everything that does not longer serve you. Try this and let me know how much you sweat!

While focusing on the side abs and obliques you also work on your entire core.

-help you gain a strong total core 
-work on your lower back as well
-support the muffin top

This 10 minute warm up routine will make you sweat for sure. It's inspired by a cardio workout of mine.
You can do this before every workout to warm up your muscles, your whole body and get your blood flowing. You can also use it as a finisher to sweat it all out.
By the way, the sunset is one of the most amazing ones I have ever seen. I filmed this workout in Santorini - Greece and it was so damn windy - you have no idea - and that is why sometimes I struggled to do the exercises correctly. It was also 10x harder with the wind and a total challenge.
I had so much fun doing this and I guarantee you, you will have too.

I love this short and intensive workout that much because it gives your butt a nice lift afterwards and makes the booty pop out.

- you are knee injured or having knee problems
- you don't  like squats or jumps 
-  you enjoy to lay on the floor while working out (like me :D)
- you want to grow your glutes and make that boody look round

I created this workout for everyone who is annoyed by SQUATS & JUMPS or standing exercises (me haha).
I personally love to train booty down on the mat with a lot of mind-muscle connection. 
My booty feels so lifted and pumped after these 20 min.! 

This workout includes: 

- butt focused exercises 
- leg lifts/leg curls/donkey kicks 
- 30-60 sec. exercises
- nice music (love my choice of music here especially :D)
