I love these 10 minutes because it's quick, on the floor (you know I love workouts on the floor) and effective.
I can feel my thighs working & burning a lot after I've done this workout.

I included different exercises that focus on the inner part of your inner thighs and work on that muscles tot tighten them and make them stronger.
You will find Holds, Leg lifts and Thigh lifts in this workout.
