In this video I'm snowboarding with Jenise Spiteri and Kira the the High Cascade Snowboard Camp. Jenise is getting warmed up on the jump in the park by getting the speed for the landing and progressing with 180's and 360's. Kira is also getting warmed up on the jumps and going for Indy and nose grabs. As they progress on the jumps they share with you their thought for progressing on snowboard jumps and with snowboard tricks. Thanks to the High Cascade snowboard camp for having us at session one!
