Correction: the police boat is a Sea Vee 34 cuddy not a Midnightexpress.
Crazy situation in San Juan, Puerto Rico where FURA (Marine Unit) was searching for a human body when the boat turns broadside to an oncoming wave and is pushed towards the rocks, losing an engine. Two volunteers helped the police. They found a parachute floating on the water, no human body was found.
