This video is about the Proshot Helmet Cam Mounting System that I use while dirt biking.

I mount up the Proshot to the very front of my helmet that way we can film anything that we are looking at.

Also, with the Proshot mount, we can talk into our GoPro's while we are riding. The other thing that is great about the Proshout GoPro mount is your head is one of the most stable appendages on your body.

Mounting on your helmet will really help make your footage look and feel more stable.

The ProShot Mount is mounted to the helmet with a special kind of velcro tape. This velcro actually does a good job at keeping the action camera stuck to your helmet.

One word of caution is to make sure that when you decide to take the ProShot off your helmet to make sure that you keep an eye on the velcro tape. This tape can be pulled off when you are taking off your Proshot Mount.
