This accident certainly is not the first the Olympian incurred. He suffered a terrible back injury in 2016 after a hard fall.
The tall snowboarder was flown by helicopter to the hospital of Schladming asap.
Marko, however, couldn’t survive the second blow that hit hard on his head.
