He shares how he has lost respect for most of the athletes who seem willing to do anything to appease their corporate overlords. He also discusses the hypocrisy of the vaccine mandates for fans, but not for players and how the NBA bubble failed to protect players. Jason explains why he thinks NFL players have suffered the most during the pandemic. He discusses the negative effects on the NFL from Colin Kaepernick as well as George Floyd. He describes how the push for social justice in sports has made it more important to Roger Goodell to please Black Lives Matter instead of the actual fans of the game. He also gives his opinion on the “NFL is gay” campaign and how the push for sports vaccine mandates is beginning to wake up some players to how they are being used. Jason describes how he would run the NFL and how he would get rid of any identity politics in the game. He lambasts Joy Reid for her hypocrisy and describes how he’s been treated worse by white liberals than by conservatives. Jason also discusses how Clyde Drexler and Michael Jordan had the right idea to avoid politics and just focus on being great players. He points out why it is ridiculous that anyone would treat Lebron James as a thought leader and why sports media needs to get used to the fact that he isn’t Muhammad Ali and that politics and sports don’t go well together.
