Description: HorsePower builds the epitome of a "sleeper" car. They take a drab, mundane 1997 Thunderbird, remove it's stock 4.6 engine to replace it with a 427 cubic inch beast. It's project also involving transmission, rear end and suspension upgrades. However, the exterior will be "plain Jane" all the way.
