Gregg Duffy made history in 2016 by landing the World First FMX double frontflip in his first-ever freestyle competition. What the fans watching in the stands and on TV that night didn't get to see was all the extremely hard work and hours and hours of practice Duffy had to put in to get this trick done. Case in point: Here's what happened a day or two before the event when he was practicing with the airbag.
