The main spec you should be looking at if you have a boot size 11, 12, 13 or bigger, is called waist width. The bigger the waist width, the less chance you will have of getting heel or toe drag. These 5 boards are naturally wide and will accommodate larger boot sizes. You should also check to see if your favorite snowboard is available in a "Wide" size, indicated by a W next to the size, as that can also help to solve this issue. The Warpig is a twinnish style snowboard, but has two key features that help it to float in powder. It is naturally very wide which spreads your weight over more surface area in the snow and has a long nose that helps to poke up out of the snow and keep you ontop of the powder. On hard pack this board feels like a true twin. At the end of a long day riding powder snow your leg is still probably going to be fatigued, unless you set the stance back. However, the Warpig undoubtedly offers more float than your typical twin.
