I've owned many different pairs of Union snowboard bindings in the past including the Atlas, Strata, Force and Contact Pro models. What I think makes Union snowboarding bindings special is the combination of function and style. The factory really exceeded my expectation seeing the amount of planning and development goes into each model. I was really blow away by the number of collab bindings Union has done with other businesses in snowboarding. I've been riding this snowboard in the Zermatt Snowpark for the past two weeks. The highlights that stand out to me about the Capita Outsiders if the stiffness, camber profile and fast base. The bindings I've paired with this snowboard are the Union Atlas and the boots are the Adidas Sambas. I'd recommend this snowboard to a rider who want to go fast in the terrain park, hitting larger jumps and rails. I think the Strata is a well rounded binding that offers solid performance in any condition. The binding provides the stability and response you want for freeriding, trees, and powder while also having enough flex to still be a solid choice around the terrain park. The two best features in my opinion are the new Forma ankle strap as well as the Vaporlite footbed. These bindings are comfortable and perform very well, I would recommend them to anyone looking for a good do anything kind of binding.
