I've seen several different methods over the years. You can find many videos on YouTube of different techniques. Here is how I have been beading tires for nearly 20 years with only success. New tires can be easily stretched out of form by improper over-inflation during the beading process. Use a glass cleaner that dries quickly and doesn't have left over residue. Remounting used tires may not need any lubricant as the side walls lose rigidity.
