In this video I collect my new 2022 Division 1 Superkart Chassis and then take both the Chassis and Engine up to the Redspeed Team owner (John) and start to build it all together. Special thank you to John's incredible work that he's done for me, going above and beyond to help me get ready for the 2022 Championship. I couldn't have done it without him. Having decided to move up to the fastest Superkarting racing class, I have just collected my new Division 1 Superkart VM Racing Engine for 2022 from Harvey Motorsport. These engines are made in Czech Republic and are bespoke to high revving Superkarts! They have a 6-speed sequential Gearbox and can hit speeds of up to 160mph. There will be another video coming very soon with my new Anderson Division 1 Superkart Chassis, however it is currently in production. ???? We run these two cars through four challenges: a standing quarter-mile, a rolling quarter-mile, 0-100-0mph acceleration and brake test and finally, our favourite, the Moose Test. This Ferrari 488 Pista has 710 horsepower and 770-newton metres of torque. It only has one engine, which is a 3.9 litre twin-turbo V8. It has a 7-speed, dual-clutch paddle-shift gearbox and weighs 1280 kg. With all the bells and whistles, this Pista cost £350,000. The Ferrari is up against a Division 1 Superkart, it has 85 horsepower and weighs just over 200kg with the driver.
