Is it ever a bad idea to take a Dodge Hellcat crate motor (Hellcrate) and stuff it into any project car you find? The answer is obviously no, if you disagree then this isn't the YouTube channel for you. Since this 1978 Rolls Royce Silver Shadow was already SRT powered, its light work for the Suppy and Alex to drop in the Hellcat engine package! The devil is in the details here though. Smooth, slammed and luxurious on the outside, absolutely wild under the hood with a huge Magnuson Supercharger and the interior is as luxurious as it gets for a race car inspired vehicle. We made it look presentable at SEMA with simple aesthetics like new headlights and a fresh grill but now we need to make it run as good as it looks! The definition of a party car is something that makes a load of horsepower, has multiple passenger seats and can get smashed on ENDLESSLY. So we added 3 radiators just for the 6.2L Supercharged V8 Hellcat engine and we figured the supercharger deserves a cooling system of it’s own because this thing will indeed be living on the limiter! That’s enough talking, let’s plug in our Holley EFI and hear this thing sing for the first time. Enjoy!
