I'm up snowboarding with my friend Chris who has the new Jones Solution and testing it out for the first time. One of the challenges of split boarding is remembering how to ski through some of the short downhill traverse sections. This split boarding mission will take us to some the of best powder on Whistler mountain in an area called Flute bowl. I'm up riding today with Andreas and we both have our Jones split boards. Our goal is to split board into the alpine of Blackcomb mountain and find the best powder snow we can. It's about a thirty minute split board hike and if we have time we can get two powder snowboarding laps in.
