In this snowboard video we arrive in Niseko Japan and have our first day of riding waist deep powder. The forecast wasn't calling for snow but once we arrived it snowed all night. We woke up to one of the deepest powder days snowboarding we've ever had in Japan. On this snowboard trip we're out with a large crew and for some it's their first time to Japan. Each of us has brought powder snowboard for the trip and we'll be putting them to good use here in Niseko, Japan. For more powder snowboard video from Japan make sure to like and subscribe. Today in Whistler a winter storm arrived bringing tons of powder snow to the mountain. I'm up on Blackcomb mountain today snowboarding with TJ and we're trying to find the steepest powder areas to hit. On a day like today where the snow is very deep it's important that we pick our lines wisely and keep our speed up on our snowboard. These are also the days which are the reason I first moved to Whistler for snowboarding. The deep powder and endless tree runs make you feel like you're in a snow globe. The best part of the day was actually the last run, where the snowboard had built back up making for incredible powder snowboarding! Thanks for watching!</a>

Made it out to Keystone with a heavy crew for some snowboarding on Halloween. I found some great conditions for a mob carving session, made some turns, dug some trenches, sprayed some snow, but I was also able to catch up with some awesome people and have a bit of gear talk. Let me know what snowboard you're using this season for carving/freeride down in the comments, thanks for watching.

The Beast lives up to its name, and is an aggressive all-mountain/freestyle snowboard that will come through for even the hardest charging riders. Featuring a full positive camber profile and stiff flex, this snowboard will stand up to the largest features in the park as well as hold it's own as you explore the rest of the mountain. The biggest highlights I found on the Beast is the amount of stability that it offers, really allowing you to trust that the board will be there for you in sketchy situations, as well as pop. This is a lot of snowboard to handle with lots of energy and feedback, and I would recommend it for more advanced riders that want something solid to rip around on. Let me know your thoughts in the comments, thanks for watching.

The YES Greats is a high performing all-mountain/freestyle snowboard that packs in lots of tech and is capable of ripping the whole mountain. Starting with a true twin shape, cam-rock profile, and mid flex, complemented by an asymmetrical sidecut and &#34;midbite&#34; additional conact points this board offers stability and grip on variable terrain while still being fun for jibbing and butters. I really enjoyed the versatility this board offers and believe this would be a great option for the rider who wants to ride it all, and spends a good amount of time in the park. The blend of stability and flex makes this board really fun, and the grip the midbite gives you was a cool bonus as well, let me know what you think of the YES Greats snowboard in the comments. The GNU Antigravity is a late release snowboard for the 18/19 season in collboration with evo. This snowboard will be a general production snowboard for GNU next season and you're going to get a lot of value for the price. The Antigravity snowboard features a positive camber profile (GNU's C3 profile) providing you with a powerful, precise and in control feel, as well as 7 point Magne Traction and a medium-stiff flex to give you the grip and stability you want. It is a directional all-mountain snowboard and runs a directional shape, setback stance, and small taper to help give this snowboard a bit of float on those deeper days without compromising switch riding too much. I will say that this snowboard does have a slightly different feeling when riding switch though, but is very manageable when you need to ride switch. Overall I think this is a great all-mountain snowboard that is going to be capable in most situations, and thrives in technical terrain. Let us know what you think about the Antigravity in the comments, thanks for watching.</a>

HyperSmooth Cam Fitzpatrick Top to Bottom Run at Jackson Hole with GoPro HERO7

For a chance to win $1,000 in the #GoProSnow Challenge, submit your own footage here: https://gopro.com/news/gopro-awards-snow-challenge-2019

With 4,000 vertical feet of adrenaline-inducing steeps and more terrain in a single run than some resorts can offer across an entire mountain, Jackson Hole has to be ridden to be believed. And if you won't find yourself in the shadow of the Tetons anytime soon, local Cam Fitzpatrick is here to provide an up-close-and-personal look at how jaw-dropping a top-to-bottom run at Jackson can be.

“I’ve traveled to many other places to ride, but there’s really no other place quite like Jackson,” says Fitzpatrick. “You can’t go wrong with the amazing views and wide variety of terrain that the resort has to offer.”

“We always called this run the ‘Fun Track’ because there are so many cat tracks and jumps down the whole thing,” - Cam Fitzpatrick

To prove the point, Fitzpatrick brings you a firsthand look at one of Jackson's longest and most iconic runs, straight from the new GoPro HERO7 Black with HyperSmooth image stabilization, and it's pretty much a snowboarder's dream.

The Capita Mercury is a snowboard that is ready to rip anywhere, anytime, and Jackson Hole provided some excellent conditions to test this one out. We found technical big mountain lines in Corbet's Couloir, smooth powder, rock drops, and tree lines while exploring throughout the day. The Mercury features a directional twin shape, slight setback, camrock camber profile, and medium stiff flex; this offers solid performance in a wide variety of conditions with minimal compromise. The versatility of this snowboard stood out to me, as well as its very fast base, and significant amounts of stability. While this isn't a powder specific snowboard it will be manageable in powder if you set the stance back, and will also work well in the terrain park although I would say it leans towards the jump side of the spectrum when it comes to freestyle riding. Overall I was very impressed with the performance of the Mercury and would recommend it to more advanced riders interested in this style of snowboard. Let us know what you think of the Capita Mercury snowboard in the comments, thanks for watching.</a>
