Today I'm up riding in the Blackcomb terrain park and there are three small jumps which are perfect for working on these tricks. Make sure before you're confident with hitting the jump and doing grabs before attempting these spins. The second step is to hold your snowboard straight in the air as long as possible. The final step is to twist your body to land the 180 riding out switch.
