Even got a few fish during sunrise until a dolphin came through to blow up my spot. lol These guys are everywhere around Tampa & they'll literally start following the boats around waiting for you to release your catch. Sometime you end up running into birds that are REALLY interested in what you're trying to fish with. Usually you'll see that when using live bait, but this bird had my plastic topwater plug in his sights and just couldnt resist a taste. Took the skiff out myself for some early topwater action and the fish were fired up! Also had a few hiccups throughout my trip getting the boat stuck on bottom and having an unexpected rainstorm blow through. Safe to say it was an eventful morning! Super fun getting on these fish though, ya'll check this out!
