A very horrible wreck for the blown Bugzilla beetle, ending in an explosion of flames at Lights Out 8. Being the baddest radial race in the world, there are bound to be wrecks at such high speeds on such small tires. That is a deadly combination if you have a race car kick out sideways. These horrible wrecks are just part of the racing game and we hate to see them happen…but it’s a risk racers are willing to take. No one WANTS to see these kinds of wrecks, but when they unfortunately do happen…getting that “one" angle makes a difference. While Stevie Fast was fortunate enough to walk away from insane car accident, it doesn’t make these situations any easier as he has a very strong relationship with the “Shadow”. Our hearts were all RACING from each angle hoping for him to crawl out from the burning wreck and thankfully he popped out escaping the fire! Jason Michalak and the Bad9er race team's bad ass 2008 C6 Corvette running 4.0's at over 190mph on 315 Drag Radials during the Texas Radial Round Up at North Star Dragway in Denton Texas. The car features a Screw Blown BAE Hemi tuned by Billy Stocklin. Hats off to the Bad9er team for running fast and also consistent as the took home the event win.
