It's no secret that the A90 Supra has potential - with dozens already running low 9's and a handful in the 8's. The controversial platform has many rolling their eyes, but some companies like Titan Motorsports are only scratching the surface that these cars have to offer. Their new 3.2L stroker motor build, paired with a single turbo and nitrous seems to have them "effortlessly" running 9.0X's in the quarter mile. What’s faster in a drag race… an 85 horsepower Superkart, or a 710 horsepower Ferrari? This is the battle of power vs weight, with the Ferrari weighing almost 10 times what the Superkart does! We run these two cars through four challenges: a standing quarter-mile, a rolling quarter-mile, 0-100-0mph acceleration and brake test and finally, our favourite, the Moose Test. This Ferrari 488 Pista has 710 horsepower and 770-newton metres of torque. It only has one engine, which is a 3.9 litre twin-turbo V8. It has a 7-speed, dual-clutch paddle-shift gearbox and weighs 1280 kg. With all the bells and whistles, this Pista cost £350,000. The Ferrari is up against a Division 1 Superkart, it has 85 horsepower and weighs just over 200kg with the driver. It has a 2-stroke 250cc engine, driving the rear wheels through a 6-speed sequential gearbox. You can pick up a superkart for as little as £8,000. ???? Are you a car expert?
