My name is Yaslen Clemente, born on May 29th, 1997 in the beautiful Miami, Florida. I am a fitness influencer who’s had a different start to my journey compared to others. I had always struggled with being under-weight in my teenage years. I sought out to fitness to break me out of this insecurity that I struggled with, all throughout my adolescence. With the help of my boyfriend Roy Benitez, who has had such a great impact on this journey. I was able to overcome this insecurity through several phases; in which I focused in increasing in muscle mass and shedding body fat. I have been able to reach a physical state where I am extremely happy with both how I look and feel.

A journey which started out of the blue. Just a few years ago I was a full-time college student, had a full-time job and still managed to be somewhat consistent with going to the gym. My life had an abrupt change after I began to show the world my passion for Fitness. I believe I can help those who are unhappy with their physical appearance and overall lifestyle. All women who feel as if they can’t, I have been there before and here I am. Everything is possible with the proper guidance and mind set!</a>
