The elevation of the snowpark in Zermatt is 3800 meter or 12700 feet. This is my first time snowboarding in the terrain park since March and my wife Gill first time summer snowboarding. The terrain park setup here in Zermatt is a mix of small, medium and large features. The mix of features has been great for getting back some of my snowboard tricks. The highlight of the terrain park has to incredible views here in Switzerland with the Matterhorn being the most incredible mountain peak. If you're looking for a place for summer snowboarding I'd highly recommend the snowpark here in Zermatt, Switzerland. Make sure before you come that you're very comfortable with riding a t-bar with your snowboard. I filmed this snowboard video with the new GoPro Max 360 and the GoPro 8 Black. We attempted this hike last year but failed at reaching the summit with our snowboards. This time around we're hiking the volcano with snow shoes and getting an early start, so hopefully we can reach the summit. If we can manage to summit the mountain we'll have one of the most incredible rides down snowboarding through powder and pillows.
