In this video I show you how to reassemble your headlights once you're done modifying and painting them. It is EXTREMELY important to allow the paint time to cure before reassembling your lights. While the paint is curing, gasses are emitted, and if trapped inside sealed lights will leave a cloudy residue on the inside of the lenses which is very difficult to clean off. I always leave lights for a week before I put them back together to allow the paint time to cure. MISSED PART 1 ON HOW TO OPEN THE LIGHTS? - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gldMb_b1Ce0 In this video I show you how to make the projector lenses in your headlights glow like Demon Eyes or Devil Eyes using about $6 worth of parts. You can do this in any colour, or even multicolour with flashing patterns (see links to kits below). My method works for just about every projector, in fact most are a lot easier to do than than my MX5 headlights were. I used a pair of T5 3 directional globes which cost me about $3 each off Ebay. In this video I finish off my wiper arm restoration, and begin to diagnose multiple fluid leaks on the car, including oil and coolant leaks. Today we get started on the new MX5 project car with the first of a number of wiring gremlins to sort out. The car had it's original NB8A centre console swapped out for an NB8B one, but the wiring is different between models and now my windows go up and down on the wrong sides!
