Opening day of Florida lobster season is a tradition for my family every year. We head out of Homestead FL to go lobstering and catch Caribbean spiny lobster as recreational divers. We were free diving for Florida spiny lobster, learn how to catch lobster with a tickle stick and a net. I caught my limit diving for lobster in the waters I grew up lobstering.
