With some inspiration from Marcus Kleveland and his Instagram clips, we decided to roll the dice and the event was an instant success.

The formula is simple: Instead of hucking the biggest jump for points, athletes were encouraged to get creative off the “knuckle.” And instead of triple corks, we were introduced to new tricks that don’t even have names yet. Fridtjof Tischendorf walked away with the golden knuckles, and now it’s back for X Games Aspen 2020.

For an inside look at one of our newest disciplines, we turned to Craig McMorris for some insight on the quickly evolving trend. Where did it come from? Who’s doing what? And what can we look for at X Games? It’s all answered here!

You demanded it, here it is the 2019 list of best bang for your buck snowboards. I wouldn't call these snowboards cheap, but I think that they each offer some great tech and a unique riding experience while coming in at a very reasonable price. I'm really happy with this group of boards ranging in price from $350 to $430, offering something every rider can enjoy without breaking the bank. Let me know which board is your favorite down in the comments below, thanks for watching.</a>

Check out the written review at: http://boardarchive.com/lobster-sender-snowboard-review/

In this snowboard review video we are checking out the 2017 Lobster Sender snowboard at Keystone Resort Colorado. The Lobster Sender is a versatile all-mountain freestyle snowboard that is really fun for exploring and carving but also does well in the park, especially on jumps. This snowboard has a regular camber profile, medium flex, carbon stringers in the nose and tail, as well as 3BT (Triple Base Technology). Highlights for me on this snowboard include the side cut which is fairly deep, I would call it an all-mountain oriented sidecut and this allows for really fun aggressive carving. It also has a 3 dimensional base shape in the tips (3BT) that lifts the base and edge of the board off of the snow; this creates a very catch free feeling on snow, on jumps, and on rails and, in my opinion, really combines the best parts of rocker and camber in this snowboard. This is definitely a do-it-all style snowboard and I would recommend it to intermediate riders and up.

If you have any questions about the Lobster Sender snowboard or any requests please leave them in the comments below or reach out on social media, and make sure to visit http://boardarchive.com for the full review of the Lobster Sender!
