Made it out to Keystone with a heavy crew for some snowboarding on Halloween. I found some great conditions for a mob carving session, made some turns, dug some trenches, sprayed some snow, but I was also able to catch up with some awesome people and have a bit of gear talk. Let me know what snowboard you're using this season for carving/freeride down in the comments, thanks for watching.

The Lib Tech Orca is a very fun and unique snowboard. Featuring a rocker dominant profile with camber zones under foot, directional shape, taper, setback, magne traction, and naturally wide waist width, the Orca provides a ride that is hard to match in the powder and steeps. This snowboard is going to offer tons of float in powder, while still coming through with the stability you need in those more technical and high impact situations. With its width the Orca is also going to be a lot of fun for carving, and is an all around freeride killer. I really enjoyed this one, and would recommend it for more advanced riders that are into this style of snowboarding. Let me know what you think about the Orca in the comments, thanks for watching.

The snowboards you'll find on this list are going to be solid, one snowboard solutions for riding everything from groomers, trees, and off-piste as well as freestyle. They are all twinnish style snowboards with roughly a medium flex for versatility and stability without being too aggressive. I think that the Warpig and Custom are going to offer the best powder performance while the DOA and Westmark are going to be the most fun in the terrain park out of this group, however I wouldn't hesitate to ride any type of terrain on any of these snowboards. I believe that a good do-it-all snowboard is a board that feels secure and stable regardless of the terrain, and is going to offer that performance without limiting you and while putting a smile on your face. I think these 5 snowboards will do just that. Let me know what your favorite snowboard is in the comments, thanks for watching.

I've had many of you ask me about good snowboards for larger boot sizes, so in this video I lay out 5 boards to keep in mind that will help you to avoid the dreaded heel and toe drag. The main spec you should be looking at if you have a boot size 11, 12, 13 or bigger, is called waist width. The bigger the waist width, the less chance you will have of getting heel or toe drag. These 5 boards are naturally wide and will accommodate larger boot sizes. You should also check to see if your favorite snowboard is available in a "Wide" size, indicated by a W next to the size, as that can also help to solve this issue. I hope you found this video helpful, thanks for watching.

The 2017/2018 snowboard season has hands down been the best season I have ever had, I was able to review dozens of snowboards while travelling across 4 continents in only 8 months! I try to review as many boards as possible while travelling, focusing on riding the boards in the best terrain for that particular board. The goal is to showcase the highlights and personality a snowboard has to offer, while still providing a close look at the technical info about the board. This season we rode a crazy array of resorts and locations ranging from Colorado, California, and Whistler to Europe, Japan, New Zealand, and Australia. The upcoming season is going to be even better, and it is all thanks to you guys. Thanks so much for watching, and we will see you in a new video soon!

It snowed around 4" the day before this review, so I was out in the trees at Keystone hunting for leftover snow. It was surprisingly good in the trees, with lots of fresh light snow to find despite not being very deep. The TRS was a lot of fun in these condition and is a capable all-mountain snowboard. The biggest highlights of the TRS for me are how versatile it is and how well that magne-traction grips. I was able to hold a strong edge on icy parts of the groomers and had full control even when breaking through the powder to the crusty icy snow underneath. The TRS also has some good stability to offer once you reach the end of its rocker dominant profile, I would rate the flex around a 6/10. Let us know any questions down in the comments below, thanks for watching!

In this video I'm in Comor Whistler with Andreas and he's going to tell me whether or not I bought the right snowboard. I purchased the T Rice Pro snowboard by Lib Tech because of its versatility to ride all mountain from carving, to tricks and powder. Andreas is going to take us through other snowboards in the Lib Tech and GNU lines to see if I made the right choice. First we go through a set of park snowboarders from the Lib Tech Skate Banana to the Box Knife and GNU Head space. These snowboard are more park specific with a twin shape and small profile to excel with tricks. Next we look at some all mountain boards like the Skunk ape, TRS, Ejack Knife and GNU Mullair. The TRS and Ejack Knife have there strengths in being more aggressive snowboards for all mountain carving. Where the Mullair is a bit more friendly in powder. The Skunk Ape has the width for riders with larger feet. Finally we get in to some powder specific snowboards like the Lib Tech Rocket Mayhem and the GNU SPAM. Both are made to float with larger noses and small tails. In the end I feel like I made the right choice with the T Rice Pro for that all mountain carver that I can still take into powder and throw some tricks with! Thanks for watching!

Freeriding is some of the most fun and challenging snowboarding you can do, and it is a style of riding we are all attracted to as we progress and want to explore new terrain. Whether you want to duck into the trees, search for powder drops, or just make turns at really high speeds, these 5 boards are going to perform. I have personally ridden and tested all of the boards listed in this video and I'm sure you would enjoy any one of them. I hope you're able to find a board that matches your riding style in this list, let us know what your favorite snowboard is in the comments below. Thanks for watching!

Today I'm snowboarding with my friend TJ on Blackcomb mountain and we're riding the Burton Fish and the Lib Tech Coho! We're heading up the Glacier chair to find powder slashes, drops and chutes to test these two powder snowboards on! The first run we did a powder chute called Pacalolo and the powder snowboards were both very responsive! The Burton Fish and Lib Tech Coho both have a fat nose and short tail which keeps you floating on top of the powder! Next we hit up some powder drops which took some time to get used to with new the powder snowboard shape. Both Burton and Lib Tech snowboards force you to land the drop level on both feet, opposed to all mountain snowboards which you need to land more on your back foot. Finally we took these powder snowboards through some open powder fields for sharp turns and powder slashes. The short tail on the Fish and Coho kept the turns sharp and quick, making the snowboards feel fun and playful! If you have any questions about these snowboards you can leave them in the comments! Thanks for watching!
