My 15-year-old daughter Lia got her drag racing license before she could even apply for her learner’s permit. Even though she’s cleared to launch the 1,400hp Hoonicorn she can’t drive herself to school! But that's about to change cuz in October Lia will turn 16 and get her driver’s license — so she’s gonna need a STREET-LEGAL daily! She used her earnings from Hoonicorn vs the World to buy this ‘80s Audi Ur-Quattro, but it needs a lot of wrenching before it’ll run again. Lia is learning firsthand how much work (and PATIENCE!) restoring and building an '80s-era rally legend is! Her 1985 Audi Ur-Quattro was stripped down to a bare chassis, but now it’s off to Altered Kustoms for a fresh coat of Lia’s Burgundy – an all-new color in the PPG catalog! Oregon Trail Rally is the last stop on the 2021 ARA championship calendar. Its home to some of the most epic roads, and the only tarmac hillclimb stage in the championship. This year's event would be Ken's daughter, Lia Block's first ever stage rally. She did exceptionally well until the motor let go in her Ford fiesta R2 (2wd). Ken and Alex Gelsomino suffered an electrical issue that would take them out of the fight for the lead but managed a 3rd place overall - placing them 2nd in the ARA championship.
