This workout is suitable… 
- as the LAST WORKOUT of your leg day. Burn out those glutes and make sure it was a workout to remember haha. 
- as a BOOTY ACTIVATION. This helps if you tend to feel your thighs more than your booty during leg day. 
- if you like the 12min Grow Your Booty, 10min Booty Pump & 10min Bubble Butt workouts. 
- if you have bad joints or knee pain 
- if want to grow your bubble butt & therefore need to put a bigger focus on it

PS: THINK ABOUT YOUR BUTT MUSCLES. Imagine how they give you the strength for every movement. How they lift your hip on during a glute bridge, how you hold the imaginary piece of paper between the butt cheeks on your way down, etc. It makes a huge difference!

Adding a resistance band is definitely helpful to put more focus on the booty. I can especially recommend it, if you want to target the sides of your butt. In case you don't have a booty band yet - don't worry! You can still do this workout :)

If you need breaks - TAKE THEM! Don't worry too much about that. You will improve over time :) The video is in full length which means you can just follow whatever I’m doing 30s for each exercise.

What do we train? 
▸ BOOTY: Sit back during all the Squats, keeping your weight on your heel. Activate the butt cheeks to push yourself up again & squeeze them tight at the top position. Also pay attention to keep your knees STABLE and not let them collapse inwards on your way up. Important! 
▸ THIGHS: Big Inner Thigh focus for all the Sumo squats.
▸ CALVES: those parts almost feel like a rest haha!!! A tiny muscle, that I tend to neglect myself. But I enjoy the burn a lot :) 
▸ different FEET POSITIONS, so we train all sides of our sexy legs. Switching positions is always a good option to hit the muscles form all angles!

♥︎ Your stuck with me for those 10 minutes anyways .. so make sure you use them wisely!

▸ This workout burns between 70-110kcal, depending on your fitness level, height and weight.

Yay, a new 10min version! I know you like the 15min Knee Friendly Booty Workout a lot - so it was about time for another alternative for us :) I hope you enjoy this one as well! 

It's super important that you THINK about your glutes during every second and try to make them BURN. Make sure you don't release tension and relax at the lower point of the motion (e.g. the lower point of a glute bridge), but rather KEEP the tension during the entire movement and squeeze &#34;even more&#34; at the upper point of the motion.

Taking her stock turbo GT-R to new heights, Brook brought her GT-R to the 2020 GT-R World Cup in Bradenton, FL to try and see what she could accomplish on a freshly built engine translated into her beloved 100,000 mile chassis.  Brook has a very strong connection to the drag racing community which welcomed her aboard and encouraged her to push the cars limits, and this connection facilitates some incredibly genuine reactions to her achievements!
