This will give you a solid beginner snowboard base to progress from. The first thing is to find out which is you front foot on your snowboard. Finding out which one is your front foot will only take a few moments and get you setup for snowboarding. The second tip is to strap up you front foot in a flat area. If you bindings straps don't fit take a few minutes to adjust them to the right size. Finally learn to skate around with one foot into your snowboard. The toe turn is definitely the most difficult thing to master as a beginner. The toe turn can be scary because you turn your back to the bottom of the run. The steps to complete this beginner snowboard turn are to first let you snowboard run straight and flat, turn your chest to the top and pressure your toes to get onto the toe edge.
