Finding a fast Integra is already a pretty rare sighting somewhere like the Texas Streets. In a sea vastly overpopulated by large V8’s, no one expects to find one making north of 500hp AND running a rear engine / rear wheel drive setup! Every year the Texas Streets get CRAZIER, but there is always a handful of oddball cars that are totally unsuspecting at first. This year, this ol’ Olds (a.k.a. the Bingo Bomber) was one of those absolutely unsuspecting cars we stumbled on. Packing a simple twin-turbo 6.0L under the hood of what looks like Grandma’s Oldsmobile, the Bingo Bomber was able to hide 800-900hp right in plain sight as it pulled up alongside cars left and right on the streets of Houston, TX! Whaaaaaaaat? We are still recovering from the hearing damage caused by this Camaro’s deafening 2-step! Besides the fact that it’s entertaining as HELL to watch, its also the worlds FASTEST GM 6-speed! We bumped into him this year at Street Car Takeover - Kentucky, and were able to see some testing passes on the new turbo set up. On LOW boost, the car ran an 8.59…his record pass is an 8.3! Back again with a new Billet motor, Tom Bailey brought his 4000 horsepower “Beast Mode” Camaro to this years Drag Week with hopes of blasting a couple 5-second passes down the 1320. Unfortunately for him, he fried a piston and tore up a cylinder sleeve on the first day - which needed work that couldn’t be completed along the way. Pushing 1200hp, this clean all body matched GTR was stretching the limits AMS’s" Alpha 10” package. Running several basement 9’s, Boostin Performance was able to literally SQUEEZE a high 8 second pass, but still an 8 second pass nonetheless!
