Jeff Lutz Jr's CRAZY 1989 Honda Civic project has finally been completed, this 434ci V8 small block equipped monster paired with twin 76mm turbos definitely turns heads! Weighing in at 2300lbs the light weight drag car makes it down the 1/4 mile in 7 seconds and some change!
