If you're new you can do this without weight to learn the exercise form but then you'll want to add weight to make it challenging.
Do each exercise 3x followed by a set of leg raises. Rest 60-90second between each set. Do the leg raises for 15 reps. For the other exercises follow the plan below:
Close stance Squat with Barbell  10-12 reps.
Stepping Back Lunges with Weight in each hand  6-8reps
Lunge with Back Foot on Chair  8-10reps.

Workout: Do each exercise for about 20 seconds. After then rest about 10 seconds then do the next exercise. After you have done all 5 exercises rest 2minutes then repeat. Repeat as many times as you'd like. Ideally 3-5. Do this 3-5x per week.

Squats
Swings Weight at Side
Swing Weight in Middle
Leg Lifts
Side Step Lunges
Ice Skaters

Add weight as needed. 

To build a sexy round butt you need to workout your BUTT HARD 2-3x a week for at least 45min or more.
