Hey guys,

Today I have filmed 10 min core and toned arms workout for you.
This workout is targeted to achieve defined arms and make them stronger. As well as tight core and good looking 6 pack.
You can easily follow through. First two sets we will be using light weight dumbbells but if you don't have any weights at home, fill up your water bottles and use that instead :) The rest of the workout is equipment free!

1️⃣Elevated Single Leg Glute Bridges : 60 seconds each leg. For home workout you can use chair or your favourite couch
2️⃣Elevated Single Leg Lunges: 60 seconds each leg. Again for home workout use chair or couch
3️⃣Crab Walks: 60 Seconds. Get to squat position and step to right and then left
4️⃣Step ups: 60 sec. Elevation of your choice and capability. You can always build up to it
5️⃣Jumping Jack: 30 sec. Squat and JUMP! Return to squat position and repeat
                                with 30 sec of Glute Frog Bridges
