This single track dirt bike trail isn't very hard but some years it can be really difficult. WHY? The Damn Beavers Beavers tend to wreck havoc on these trails which makes it much more difficult and with such a large snow year it even washed away a ton of these trails. There are tons of water crossing and beaver dams on this trail system. The first part of the video is all single track with a few stream crossings and switch backs but its mostly a pretty easy trail to ride. The trail is pretty over grown and the brush kept smacking our knuckles. The knobbies look like a standard motocross enduro tire but they are made from a sticky rubber for ultimate grip. Sam compares it to the Kenda IBEX which is also a sticky hybrid tire. Its one of his favorite tires to run. His buddies run this tire and say the performance is similar but lasts longer. Normal people would complain about that his but not us....we choose to ride out by the sand dunes area which meant that the rain made for perfect sand/dirt We rode and made sand jumps for our bikes. We rode the UTV's around and dug holes. It was a great trip and one for the memory books. Make sure that you stay tuned for Part 2 coming out next week. Logan and Sam from the Backcountry crew head out to go ride Logan's brand new 2018 YZ250x for the very first time. The conditions out in the desert this day were epic for dirtbiking. It had rained and the weather was nice and cool. This made for hero dirt and we had a fun time jumping on the Yamaha YZ250X. Logan sold his KTM150XCW to upgrade to this 2018 YZ250x.
