This time on Busted Knuckle Builds we are showing off our latest turnkey Busted Knuckle Production Rock Bouncer built right here at Busted Knuckle Off Road in Cullman, Alabama. This is one of our Ride Chassis with a few performance additions. We shoved a 630 Horsepower 427 stroker into this rock bouncing machine hooked to a built Turbo 400 transmission and 3.0 Atlas Pro Tcase. This transfers power to the ground thanks to our own 1410 driveshafts that spin custom BKOR 40 spline 14 bolts steering axles equipped with 4.88 Yukon Gears front and rear. Rear steering is controlled with our self centering electric over hydrauic rear steer system. 43" TSL SX sticky tires wrapped around 17" beadlocks are kept on the ground with Radflo Triple Bypasses and Coil Carriers front and rear. Jake Burkey has the suspension absolutely dialed with 16" of travel up front and 25" in the rear thanks to our signature Busted Knuckle Off Road Trailing Arms coupled with our own 7075 billet aluminum link bars. This is pretty standard for one of our builds but what makes this one stand out is the blood red wheels and accents matched with the Satin Black and Gloss Back Powder scheme. We were proud to build this machine turnkey for one of our first customers we ever had when Jake first started selling parts. This time on Trail Ride Revolution we are doing our part to make trail riding great again by loading up some Busted Knuckle Off Road Rock Bouncer builds and taking them to Choccolocco Mountain ORV Park in Jacksonville, Alabama for some good ole trail ride action. There is lots of good rock crawling and rock bouncing to do at this off road park. We have Jake Burkey behind the wheel of the shop buggy and one of our customers in their new build aka Bloodline. We started the day with Hell's Revenge Trail, then TeePee and finished things off with Boat Ramp which is one of the most famous obstacles at the park. On Rock Rods Episode 99 the rock bouncer racing series are all shut down but that won't stop these Rock Bouncers from throwing down on some private land. We sent Jake Burkey himself out to Missouri to see a few of the Rock Bouncer drivers making up the Perryville Mafia group. These guys have heavy equipment and some land to make whatever obstacles they want so they can practice with their Rock Bouncing buggies during this time of quarantine. These Dirt Rock Bouncer Hill Climb obstacles are tough! Drivers include the two Busted Knuckle Off Road Rock Bouncer Build machines Bad Influence and Gold Rush. Gold Rush rock bouncer is rocking some new 40" USD stickies and some different gearing and Bad Influence is rocking and freshly rebuilt SCS trasfer case. The 2019 Holley EFI Shootout at King of the Hammers in Johnson Valley, California, sure was a good time! They picked a way better hill this year and it lead to a ton of carnage and rollovers. It might not have been Backdoor but it was equally as difficult. Rock bouncers stole the show again as only a couple Ultra4 rigs even attempted the climb. On this episode of Extreme UTV we are bringing you a new type of endurance racing. It is called Survival and is put on by the guys at Pro UTV Racing. Survival Racing is a 1 hour long UTV endurance racing event where drivers will do their best to make it across the finish line after 4 grueling laps. For the first ever race it is going down at Busted Knuckle Off Road Park in Stevenson, AL. The course is 5 miles long and features a mile long short course, fast woods sections, and rocky trails. It will take one tough machine and a level headed driver to make it. I am running the Busted Knuckle RZR for my 3rd try at a finish. I am hoping 3rd time's a charm! Think you could Survive?
