They are all twinnish style snowboards with roughly a medium flex for versatility and stability without being too aggressive. I think that the Warpig and Custom are going to offer the best powder performance while the DOA and Westmark are going to be the most fun in the terrain park out of this group, however I wouldn't hesitate to ride any type of terrain on any of these snowboards. I believe that a good do-it-all snowboard is a board that feels secure and stable regardless of the terrain, and is going to offer that performance without limiting you and while putting a smile on your face. The snow was a little heavier than is typical for Colorado, but still made for awesome conditions to try out the Burton Custom in some powder. The Custom is a directional snowboard with a twin flex and no taper; it features a 12mm setback stance as well as a slightly longer nose than tail outside of the contact points. These two features help to drop the tail in powder and offer more performance, I was pleasantly surprised with the amount of float that the Burton Custom has to offer in these conditions. Since it has a twin flex and no taper this board can also be ridden as a twin and feel exactly like a true twin on groomed snow. Because of these features I think the Custom is a classic go-to choice for all-mountain performance. Hood in Oregon and will be doing a head to head comparison of the 2018 Burton Process and Burton Custom. The boards featured in the video have the Burton Kilroy team graphics, but don't worry, they are just the same as the the standard model. The biggest differences between the snowboards are the shape design and flex. The Process is a mid flexing freestyle focused snowboard that is a true twin, while the Custom is a medium-stiff flexing, directional, all-mountain snowboard with a setback stance. One awesome feature on the Custom is that it has a twin flex, so by moving your stance forward about 1 inch from the reference stance, you can actually ride the Custom as a twin as well! In the end I found the Custom to be more aggressive and better for carving, freeriding, and jumping; and I found the Process to be better suited as an all-around freestyle snowboard that is more playful and better for rail features.
