This is a truck we haven’t seen in a LONG time! As soon as we laid eyes on it in the pits of Winter Meltdown at Houston Raceway Park, we walked straight over to check it out. My Subaru Forester XT motor has lasted 147k hard miles, after losing compression on Cylinder #4 it was time to build a new engine. Without hesitation, Andrewtech Automotive was there ready to build a much stronger, forged engine. Rather than showing you this process in an over stimulated video, we decided to simplify things a bit and cut out the excess. We filmed this entire video in silence so that you could hear the slew of different sounds that emit from an engine assembling process. We put a professional grade microphone up close to hear some quite amazing sounds that you wouldn't normally hear with your own ears. I'm very excited to release this ASMR style video, and I hope you enjoy! Huge thanks to Andrewtech Automotive for dealing with me filming this engine build in silence and doing a great job! For those of you who remember this car from a previous episode of 1320Video in Germany, we saw this MONSTER BMW while touring our friends shop at Donkey Tec! After loading up on some fresh parts, revised tune, and a good dyno session, this badass stick shift E46 BMW pulled off the trailer in the RACE1000 pits to lay down some POWER! Freshly paired with a new turbo and some new supporting accessories, this Donkey Tec tuned Turbo E46 showed up to take full advantage what of the RACE1000 1/2 Mile has to offer. Pairing nearly 1000hp with RWD in Europe is a tough combination when the tracks aren’t prepped and the streets are slick (granted they DO have the Autobahn), but this BMW wasn’t scared of the challenge as it made pull after pull while shooting for that 300km club mark! It’s no LSx Willy’s and that’s no problem for us, we love the uniqueness and how this badass Jeep commands our attention to it! Not much has changed on this consistent 10 second twin turbo LS jeep except some simple maintenance, stickier tires, and a lot more seat time. Running in the 10.0 index class at Wildhorse Motorsports Park, hosted by Street Car Takeover, this badass machine ran consistently all the way into the finals! Back again with a new Billet motor, Tom Bailey brought his 4000 horsepower “Beast Mode” Camaro to this years Drag Week with hopes of blasting a couple 5-second passes down the 1320. Unfortunately for him, he fried a piston and tore up a cylinder sleeve on the first day - which needed work that couldn’t be completed along the way.
