Today we are snowboarding in the park at Bear Mountain, California. I'm out snowboard today with TJ from BoardArchive, David Jones and Jenise Spiteri. The park at bear today is in great shape with slushy snow and blue skies. Each of us today our choosing some different lines in the park and attempting snowboard tricks on some of the scary features in the park. Jenise has plans to go for the middle rail on the staircase. This is one of the scariest rails in the bear park and one of the highest consequences. I'm also going for a 5050 on a gap rail that looks fairly large and intimidating. TJ is going for his first snowboard trick in the Bear terrain park since hurting his ankle a few weeks ago. Finally David is getting some of his more difficult snowboard tricks back on the rail features. Thanks for watching!</a>

In this snowboard review video I'm riding the 2018 GNU Carbon Credit snowboard at High Cascade Snowboard Camp. The Carbon Credit is a great entry level option for someone looking to upgrade from rental gear or even for your first time snowboarding. Coming in at a friendly price point you will get a hybrid rocker profile, an asymmetrical sidecut, Magne Traction and an easy to control soft flex. These features make this snowboard very forgiving, catch free and maneuverable creating an awesome tool to help you through a large part of your progression as a snowboarder. I would recommend this snowboard to beginner riders and up. In this snowboard review video we are trying out the 2017 GNU Headspace snowboard at Keystone Resort Colorado. I decided to change things up a bit in this video and hike some rail features to try some more technical tricks in the beginning of the day, and then did some cruising to end the day. The GNU Headspace is a freestyle snowboard that combines some unique tech in a way no other snowboards are currently offering. It has a camber dominant profile, an asymmetrical sidecut, and additional contact points in the form of magne traction. These features combined with a medium soft flex create a board that carves well and with lots of grip, while also still being flexible, good on rail features, and poppy. I think this is a great snowboard and would recommend it to the freestyle/park oriented rider who wants a snowboard that still handles very well outside of the park. I would recommend this board to intermediate riders and up, if you are comfortable on blues you are capable of handling this snowboard well.

In this snowboard review video we are checking out the 2017 Lobster Sender snowboard at Keystone Resort Colorado. The Lobster Sender is a versatile all-mountain freestyle snowboard that is really fun for exploring and carving but also does well in the park, especially on jumps. This snowboard has a regular camber profile, medium flex, carbon stringers in the nose and tail, as well as 3BT (Triple Base Technology). Highlights for me on this snowboard include the side cut which is fairly deep, I would call it an all-mountain oriented sidecut and this allows for really fun aggressive carving. It also has a 3 dimensional base shape in the tips (3BT) that lifts the base and edge of the board off of the snow; this creates a very catch free feeling on snow, on jumps, and on rails and, in my opinion, really combines the best parts of rocker and camber in this snowboard. This is definitely a do-it-all style snowboard and I would recommend it to intermediate riders and up.

In this snowboard review video we are taking a look at the 2017 Capita Defenders of Awesome snowboard. I am testing this snowboard at Keystone Resort in Colorado and had a variety of conditions ranging from snowy groomers to sunny park laps. The two biggest highlights for me on this snowboard are the sidecut, and how much pop the board has! I would say the DOA has an all-mountain sidecut that is pretty aggressive, this allows for hard arcing turns to happen naturally and makes cruising around the mountain really fun. The carbon stringers and regular camber profile in this snowboard provide a ton of pop and response; it's also a very stable snowboard on jumps and at high speed. Overall I would say this all-mountain freestyle board is a great do-it-all kind of snowboard that is just as much fun exploring and carving as it is in the park. I would recommend this snowboard to intermediate riders and up.

If you have any questions about the Capita Defenders of Awesome snowboard or any requests leave them in the comments below or reach out on social media, and make sure to visit http://boardarchive.com for the full review and price comparison of the Capita DOA!

Full written snowboard review of the Lobster Jibboard: http://boardarchive.com/lobster-jib-board-snowboard-review-2017/

In this snowboard review we're riding at Mt. Hood during Session 2 of High Cascade Summer Snowboard camp. I am riding the 2017 Lobster Jibboard on a variety of rail features and jumps. We also rode a variable of snow conditions to carve around throughout the day. What stands out about the Lobster Jibboard is the soft flex, regular camber, and 3BT. Those three pieces of tech work together to create a playful snowboard that is great for jibbing. If you have any questions about the Lobster Jibboard snowboard or requests leave them in the comments below. Make sure to check out http://www.boardarchive.com for a full review of the Lobster Jibboard snowboard!
