We explore around the Black Hills in South Dakota during the 2021 Sturgis Motorcycle Rally to see more of the area. We rent a 2021 Can-Am Maverick 1000 Turbo and go off road into the Black Hills National Forest. On the last day, we hiked up to Black Elk Peak or Harney Peak. It is the highest natural point in South Dakota and the highest summit in the United States East of the Rocky Mountains. The hike to the top is over 3.5 miles one way. We have a blast riding around the Black Hills in the side by side. We also visit Deerfield Lake in the Black Hills of South Dakota. We film and interview some local Black Hills girls! @Primecutpro We have an Epic adventure. Flying in to Denver, driving through Colorado into Wyoming Through Cheyenne and up into South Daktota's Beautiful Black Hills. We arrived early Friday morning and get Early Bird tickets for the concert and to stay at the Buffalo Chip Campground. We stayed at the Iron Horse Campground to get better rest because Buffalo Chip can be loud at night. We see Puddle of Mud watch the stunt bikers for a bit and talk to the Buffalo Chip models. The legendary Buffalo Chip Campground, Crossroads always has live entertainment Stunt Bikers and bike wash. Main acts were Kid Rock, ZZ Top Clint Black and Corey Taylor Traveling in Deadwood to the Silverado Franklin Hotel and casino , The Jacobs Brewery and Art Gallery. Full Throttle Saloon is always a good party along with The Broken Spoke. The 81st annual Sturgis Motorcycle Rally commences in the Black Hills of South Dakota at one of the most iconic motorcycle cities in the country Sturgis. This year over 1 million bikers came from all over the world to attend this highly anticipated event. Over 100k showed up for the Kid Rock concert. We head to Deadwood where the Governor rides in on her horse, Auctions off some stuff for charity then, jumps on her Indian motorcycle for the Legends Ride out of Deadwood to the Legendary Buffalo Chip in Sturgis. Stunt riders put on a show at the Bell Brawl. During the Sturgis Motorcycle Rally 2020 Buffalo Chip is has the most entertainment of any of the major campgrounds. However it is worth checking out some of the other campgrounds such as Pappy Hoel, Glencoe, The iron horse, and Ride and Rest. Some of the other places in The Black Hills to check out are: The town of Custer, Deadwood , Spearfish, Hot Springs, and Rapid City. You can see Crazy Horse and Mt. Rushmore National Monuments. There are lots of establishments to come in park your bike and listen to live music while you check out all of the custom rides. Loud American, The Knuckle and One Eyed Jacks are the most popular places downtown. The stunt bike riders are a lot of fun to watch doing wheelies and burnouts all while narrowly missing each other as they zoom by. Buffalo chip has a swimming hole in the middle of the campground complete with a slip and slide, rope swing, tanning deck, bar, main stage and contests for people to enter. Exploring the Black Hills during the Sturgis motorcycle rally is the thing to do in-between trips to main street and the local campgrounds. We go to the Infamous Buffalo Chip, One Eyed Jacks, The Broken Spoke, Full Throttle saloon, and Many more. Harley Davidson is the most popular motorcycle company but Indian is also pretty popular. Other brands like Honda, Kawasaki and Buell are hard to find. Lots of custom bikes, baggers and choppers can be seen. There are a bunch of really cool things to see in the Black Hills. Devils Tower, The badlands, Mt. Rushmore, Spearfish Canyon, to name a few.
