MAN-Shifting - 950hp of German Engineering! For those of you who remember this car from a previous episode of 1320Video in Germany, we saw this MONSTER BMW while touring our friends shop at Donkey Tec! After loading up on some fresh parts, revised tune, and a good dyno session, this badass stick shift E46 BMW pulled off the trailer in the RACE1000 pits to lay down some POWER! Freshly paired with a new turbo and some new supporting accessories, this Donkey Tec tuned Turbo E46 showed up to take full advantage what of the RACE1000 1/2 Mile has to offer. Pairing nearly 1000hp with RWD in Europe is a tough combination when the tracks aren’t prepped and the streets are slick (granted they DO have the Autobahn), but this BMW wasn’t scared of the challenge as it made pull after pull while shooting for that 300km club mark! We could not BELIEVE how BADASS this Mercedes SUV sounded and performed! Continuing 1320Video’s tour through Germany, our guides Alex and Frank took us to a nearby shop that specializes in Mercedes-Benz performance and modification and they did not disappoint! Pulling up to finding a custom camo 6x6 out front and a TWIN Turbo SLS inside, the guys over at GAD definitely know the Mercedes brand and what to do with it! They invited us in and gave us a run down of the cars in the shop and shared their goals with each car at the upcoming RACE1000, as well as started up a symphony of twin turbo German v8’s inside the shop! To pull everything together the shop manager offered a ride along in a HIGHLY modified AMG GLC SUV, that just blew us away! The nimble suspension and the throaty roar of the 4.4 Liter engine battled our shock and surprise the entire drive as we struggled to decided which aspect was more impressive!
