NW Gold Cup Shifter Kart action! Driving a '14 FA Kart at the short track outside of Boise. These were both heat races from Saturday and Sunday. I lost my carb in the heat on Sunday. I didn't tighten the clamp after tech ... dang. Started sucking air at the end and finally slipped off. Great kart chassis! These take a different style for sure. We were up front on Saturday and in the money. I can honestly say I have a passion for racing and like my grandfather before me, I enjoy passing along racing traditions to my family and friends. Snake River Karters had a good turn out of 125 Shifters at Glen Morgan Raceway to run in the July heat. There were a couple of breakdowns but thirteen made the Main. Here is video of the A-Heat race, six was running great! In the end #22 finally got the main event LK Memorial win, well deserved and many of us were happy to see it.
