Every jump tutorial video from pro riders I've watched always tell you to hold a steady throttle off the face of a jump but that made me ride so much slower in the straight-aways! It was really fun to learn something new and practice jumping without using any throttle at all on the jump face. It definitely allowed me to go significantly faster in the straight-aways. The motocross suspension on my 2020 Kawasaki KX250f was stiff and bouncing off every root and rock, which made everything more difficult, but it was so much fun! I wish I could have both a motocross bike and an enduro bike... I finally got the chance to ride my new 2020 Kawasaki KX250F on a motocross track! The bike feels amazing on the track and I'm already more confident on it compared to my previous bike. I was so stoked to hit this big jump! I don't have a ton of jump experience so this is probably the biggest / sketchiest jump I've ever hit. It may not be as massive as some motocross jumps but this isn't a groomed MX track with a perfect take-off and a perfect landing - it's a pile of dirt that we tried to smooth out with a shovel, a nice size gap, and the landing is 2-3 feet thick of thorn bushes. I'm trying to gain confidence and become a better rider each ride! Thanks for watching the video, hope it was entertaining for ya!
